1. Data Collection
MTDigitals collects personal information necessary to provide our automation services. This includes account details (email, business name) and metadata associated with WhatsApp API integrations (phone numbers, webhook URL structures). We do not scrape personal details or mine consumer conversation history for our own marketing purposes.
2. Data Usage
The data we process on your behalf is explicitly used to power your AI chatbot, manage WStore orders, and track your conversational metrics. You maintain full ownership of your customer list and order histories. MTDigitals acts strictly as a data processor providing the software layer between your business and Meta's servers.
3. Third-Party Integrations & Sub-processors
To deliver our AI intelligence and infrastructure, we share limited operational data with certified sub-processors including Groq (for LLM inference), Supabase (for secure state architecture), and Meta (via official Webhooks). All data handled by Large Language Models is strictly ephemeral and is uniquely blocked from being used to train generalized foundation models.
4. Data Security & Storage
We apply industry-standard encryption standards (AES-256 for at-rest storage in our Postgres DBs and TLS 1.2+ for in-transit transit). Critical channel credentials and user session variables are strictly partitioned at the tenant level. We run automated backups to ensure business continuity.
5. User Rights & Data Deletion
Under applicable data protection frameworks, you have the right to request a full export of your store data or command permanent deletion of your account and its associated webhook states. Send deletion requests directly through your administrator dashboard or via privacy@mtdigitals.online.
