Refund Policy

1. General Policy

At MTDigitals, we strive to deliver an exceptional operational layer for your business automations. However, due to the non-refundable costs we immediately incur with Meta APIs, Groq inference, and infrastructure hosting the moment workflows execute, our general policy is that all payments are final and non-refundable unless specifically outlined below.

2. Pay-As-You-Go Credits

Unused prepaid credits purchased via the "Pay As You Go" tier are strictly non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. These credits never expire and will remain permanently attached to your workspace indefinitely for future usage across WhatsApp, Telegram, or Instagram processing.

3. Subscription Cancellations (Pro/Enterprise)

If you are on a recurring monthly subscripton, you may cancel your plan at any time through your dashboard. Cancellation prevents further billing in the following cycle. We do not prorate or refund periods of partial usage. You will retain full access to your Pro or Enterprise features until the end of the current paid billing cycle.

4. Account Suspensions

If your account or your connected WhatsApp Business API number is suspended or banned by Meta Platforms for violating their commerce or spam policies, MTDigitals is not responsible for the loss of channel connectivity, and no refunds or credit rollbacks will be issued for such disruptions.

5. Erroneous Charges

In the event of an obvious technical billing error (such as a duplicate charge caused by gateway latency), we will reverse the charge within 7–10 business days upon request. To report an erroneous charge, contact billing@mtdigitals.online within 14 days of the transaction.
