You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We reserve the right to suspend accounts displaying fraudulent billing behavior or malicious webhook usage.
4. Meta & WhatsApp API Liability
MTDigitals acts as an independent software provider layer on top of official APIs provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. We are not responsible for account bans, message throttling, or API deprecations enforced exclusively by Meta or WhatsApp moderation teams.
5. Limitation of Liability
MTDigitals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability, under all circumstances, is limited to the amount paid by you for our services strictly within the past twelve (12) months.
